Model selection and configuration

We offer cottages in various standards: Basic, Comfort, which are available in the option with or without equipment depending on your preferences. To meet the expectations, we have created the Exclusive Home Smart model that impresses with the interior and the use of innovative solutions gives the possibility of remote controlling of all equipment in the house through the application Web e.g. recuperation, heating, lighting monitoring ... etc.

At every stage of creating / designing the house, the customer has the opportunity to personalize his expectations and needs, ranging from the color of the façade, lighting, arrangement of partition walls to additional equipment. Customer satisfaction is our greatest value.

Production of the cottage

After accepting all the arrangements, you sign the contract together with the accepted specification and the design taking into account the changes made. At this stage, we set a down payment for the construction of the house.

Technical acceptance of the cottage

At every stage of the production of the cottage, our qualified employees perform quality control of works built on the basis of strictly defined check-lists

Transport

You have the opportunity to use the transport services of our company or organize transport on your own.

Setting up the cottage

In the place of setting the house you will need a farm tractor or backhoe loader that will allow you to drag the mobile house to a previously prepared place. The cottage can also be pulled down using a crane, but this is not necessary. After setting the cottage, it should be properly leveled.
